Christmas Eve

Jenn, Brandon and the boys were just getting in to town when mom and I were leaving Christmas Eve service at church, so we stopped by on our way home. It was time for food so mom got Tristan and I got Ben! They're getting so big!!

MoJo usually snuggles with Jim, so this was a rare Jim & Mickey snuggle shot. Jim was sick the whole week of Christmas. I heard that MoJo kept him snuggled while I was in Pueblo for a few days.

Kitty Wars

MoJo and Zackary don't get along very well. I really don't know what it is since MoJo and Mickey seem to be fine around each other. (Mahleah kept them ALL under her paw!) Whenever Zackary is playing, MoJo just HAS to attack him, and not in a playful way. Sometimes out of nowhere there will rage a kitty battle between these 2. This is just a stare-down on the cat tree...

2008 Christmas Tea

Last year, Shell and Linda invited me to the Ladies High Tea at Christ Community Church. This year, Linda hosted her own table using Shell's china which she inherited from her Grandmother. It was a beautiful table! We also had a really great speaker who made us laugh and laugh. This is quickly becomming a favorite tradition!

Shell's Baking Weekend

We didn't get the whole group in a picture this year. Everyone had places to go, things to do... In this picture are Tara, Shell, Rylee, Katie, Linda and Me. We also had help from Rebekah, Emily and Crystal.

Happy Thanksgiving!

We had Thanksgiving in Evans this year. Most of my family (Michelle couldn't make it) came up from Pueblo and Jim's family trekked across town. It was great having everyone together for our big news. We waited until everyone was present to announce that we're having a boy! I'm kinda surprised I didn't get any good pictures of all the wonderful food. I did, however, get a great family picture in just one try! I hope you all had a wonderful holiday with your families!!

Kitty Cats

After losing Mahleah, and realizing my last good picture of her was more than 4 months old, I went a little camera crazy with my boys. I've cut back on trying to get good pictures of all 3 of them daily, to trying really hard to at least get a good picture every other week or so. Here are some of my favorites...

The weekend before Halloween I was able to visit Jenn & the boys on my way down to Beulah for the weekend. They had just turned 1 month old!! I really wish I could get down there more often. I hope to see them again soon for Christmas!

Calling All Moms!!

Jim and I started our baby registry last night. We were doing OK until we got to the bottles. I have NO idea what kind of bottles to get out of the bagillion different brands, shapes and sizes. Do you have to get the same brand nipple for whatever bottle you choose? Do you really need both large and small sizes? Are drop-ins better? What about the Orthodontic bottles and nipples??? Oh My Goodness!!!

And what about diaper bags and baby carriers? Baby monitors and diapers?? It really is overwhelming and we were even at a smaller store with not as many choices as I KNOW are out there!

So again, calling all Moms! I need help! What are your favorites? What have you found to be an absolute necessity? Anything you can live without?? All suggestions appreciated!
