I was headed home (to Pueblo) for the weekend last week, and decided to bake up some banana bread from my almost dead bananas, and make some peanut butter cookies to share with the ladies at crop on Saturday. I hardly ever bake on my own and in a month that's not December, so of course I had to document the occasion!! :) I will admit that the cookies were not entirely from scratch (I added the egg, oil and water). The banana bread, however, is one of my specialties and is entirely from scratch!!
